Privacy Policy
Last updated October 10, 2026. We keep this short and in plain language because that's what we'd want to read ourselves.
What we collect
If you subscribe to our email newsletter through the sign-up form on our blog, we collect the email address you provide. That's it. We don't have account sign-ups or contact forms that store data. The only measurement on the site is the cookie-free page view counting described under Cookies and tracking below.
How we use it
We use your email address to send occasional posts about fasting, manual budgeting, bill tracking, and Excel tips, the same kind of content published on our blog. We don't send daily emails, and we don't sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone else.
Email service provider
Our newsletter is run through Kit (formerly ConvertKit), a third-party email service. When you subscribe, your email address is stored on Kit's servers under their own privacy practices. You can read Kit's privacy policy for details on how they handle data. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Purchases
All purchases (the Finding Your Window fasting guide, the Paycheck Bill Tracker and any future products) are processed by Gumroad, a third-party payment and delivery platform. We never see or store your payment card details. Gumroad has its own privacy policy governing checkout and delivery data; see Gumroad's privacy policy for details.
Cookies and tracking
Huppgoods.com does not run advertising trackers or third-party cookies of its own. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It loads a small script from Cloudflare that reports which page was viewed, the site that referred you, and general browser and device type. It does not use cookies, does not store anything in your browser, and does not follow you across other sites. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. If you use the newsletter sign-up embed, Kit's own script may set cookies needed to operate the form; that's covered under Kit's privacy policy linked above.
Free tools: Fasting Readiness Quiz and Fasting Companion Tracker
The Fasting Readiness Quiz runs entirely in your browser and doesn't store your answers anywhere. The Fasting Companion Tracker is different: it saves your selected window, schedule, and session history in your browser's local storage so it's there when you come back. That data stays on your device, in that one browser, and is never sent to us or anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it. The tracker includes an optional "Export" button that downloads your own data as a JSON file to your device for backup or moving to another browser; that file is created locally and is never uploaded anywhere by us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time, no reason needed. If you'd like your email address removed from our list entirely rather than just unsubscribed, or if you have any other question about your data, email us and we'll take care of it.
